Wedding Day Planner
“ Your Lady in Waiting”
All the details have been planned and now it is time for you to relax. Let our Bridal Consultant make all your bridal dreams a reality. A one hour consultation one week prior to the wedding day will allow us to envision your requirements for the day.
Rehearsal
Your wedding planner will arrive at your rehearsal. There she will meet and greet all of the wedding party. She will coordinate with the wedding party and explain the sequence of events.
Wedding Day
Your Lady will meet you at your pick up address. There she will coordinate with you and your photographer and the rest of the bridal party. Your Lady will help in organizing your party during this time.
Your Lady will then meet you at the ceremony destination. She will make sure all placements of items are in place, such as any arches, aisle runners etc...
Your Lady will communicate with ushers to provide correct guest seating arrangements. She will also make sure at this time all attendants have floral arrangements. She will then line up entire wedding party and assist Bride in dress placement.
Reception
Your Lady will then meet you at your reception site. She will coordinate with caterer to ensure table set ups and seating is appropriate and follows diagram given. She will make sure all placement of cake table, gift table and guestbook with place cards is appropriately placed. Your Lady will work carefully with musician to coordinate your sequence of events for the day. She will coordinate your arrival, first dance, toast, cake cutting, and bouquet toss. She will also coordinate these events with caterer so timing is all balanced.Your Lady will ensure all Bridal items such as bridal glasses, cake knive, etc are all properly washed and secured . Your Lady in Waiting will greet and seat any late arrivals.
She will professionally handle any matters that may arise.
She will stay for as long as reception site is reserved for up to five hours. There is an additional charge if longer time is needed.
